The rich herring fishery of Norway is one of the main sources of food for the Norwegian people. Whole Earth & Sea Pure Food Herring Gold contains ROMEGA 30™ herring roe extract, sustainably sourced from Norwegian spring-spawning herring. It is rich in the important omega-3 fatty acids DHA and EPA, as well as choline and astaxanthin.
