MSM is short for methylsulfonylmethane, a sulfur-containing nutrient and powerful antioxidant found in plants, animals, and the human body. Although MSM can be obtained from food, our bodies typically do not get enough of it, especially if we’re consuming over-processed foods.

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Dicalcium phosphate dihydrate, magnesium stearate and capsule shell (from bovine gelatin and purified water).
Directions:
Adults (18 years and older) – Take 1 capsule, 2-3 times daily with food. Avoid taking at bedtime.
